superfood powder latte

Hey, Emma & Mo here. We want to share with you how easy it is to make a superfood powder latte using The Energy One. This latte is a great alternative to coffee. It doesn’t make you crash or give you those awful coffee jitters. This superfood powder latte gives you sustainable mental and physical energy for 6 – 8 hours!

The main ingredient in The Energy One is Guarana, which is a natural plant extract used for centuries by amazonian tribes. Guarana is a stimulant that energises the nervous system and muscles, making you alert and full of energy.

The mix also includes Maca, which also has energising effects and boosts cognition. Maca is also rich in iron and iodine which many people are deficient in. It is essential for the transportation of oxygen to the brain and muscles. If you think you need more of this check out The Maca One.

We also have included Banana which is high in potassium. Potassium regulates the heart and supports the function of the muscles and nerves.

Finally, a mention about the amazing antioxidants in this superfood powder mix. We have also added Acai which has a very high vitamin C content, an antioxidant that neutralises free radicals in the body. As well as high levels of vitamins E and A antioxidants. These vitamins all work together in protecting the cells in our body, keeping us free from illness and in tip top condition 🙂

In this modern day world with so much exposure to many toxins, it is worth the small thought and effort to add a boost of these gifts from nature to protect us.

So as you now know, The Energy One includes a whole range of natural vitamins and minerals which enable us to take on our busy energy consuming lives without getting run down! With the power of nature, we can do it!

We hope you enjoyed reading. Stay healthful.

We sprinkled on top this wonderfully warming pumpkin spice mix from Steenbergs.
